Casa Norte Care is being developed by Thomas Gijzen as a focused property-support concept in Portugal.
The intended core service is deliberately narrow: an authorised visual visit, traceable photographs, factual observations and a clear owner report.
Technical inspections, repairs and unapproved expenditure fall outside that core scope. Any specialist work would require separate agreement.

Can I book a visit today?
Not yet through this website. Casa Norte Care is completing its legal, insurance, contracting and execution-readiness gates before accepting a paid pilot.
What would the owner need to provide?
The property address, the reason for the check, agreed accessible areas, safe access arrangements and written authority for entry and necessary photographs.
How quickly would I receive an update?
A delivery time is agreed for the specific visit. Casa Norte Care does not publish a guaranteed turnaround before local availability and the final scope are confirmed.
Is keyholding available?
Keyholding is not presented as an active service. Any future authorised access would require an agreed procedure, appropriate safeguards and property-specific approval.
Is this a technical inspection?
No. The intended service is a bounded visual, non-technical check. It does not replace a surveyor, engineer or specialist inspection.
Where is service available?
Potential coverage is assessed per request. A location is not confirmed until suitable local execution, timing and commercial conditions are verified.
What happens if something looks wrong?
The visible issue can be documented and escalated. No repair, purchase or third-party instruction is made without separate authority, subject to the final legally approved process.
